Ronald “Mike” kept our cats well-fed and with clean litter during our 4-day trip. He is also a kind and interesting person to talk to. The only critique I have is that he was reluctant to enter the master bedroom to see if a cat I had been worried about was hiding there (They have a door cutout that they can use to go into rooms with closed doors.) But now that we know each other better and he knows that I don’t mind him entering the bedroom if it means making sure all cats show their face, I will call upon him for cat care once again. But the major positive is that not only does Mike show up and do what is required, but he is also extremely respectful of the pet owner’s home and property, and his communication and reachability is fantastic.

I have only know Ronald I short time but he seems to be a nice man and determined to make a difference. I believe that anyone that hired Ronald would be luck to have him.
