Pet care experience
We watch friends' dogs when they go out of town, plus we foster for local rescues so we are used to having extra dogs around. We have two adopted, sweet shepherd/husky mixes that love dogs and welcome all newcomers into our house. I can watch them in your house too if that is preferred. I'm a realtor so I understand about being respectful while being in other people's homes. I work from home so I will be home for most of the day. We also have people watch our dogs when we go out of town so I completely get the need to trust the person watching your fur babies and home while you are gone. I'm pricier than most, but your fur babies and house will be in great hands!

Ron is an excellent dog sitter!! He repeatedly cared for my previous dog, Rudy, over the course of the 16 years that he graced my life. I had such great comfort and peace of mind leaving Rudy with Ron! I knew Rudy was well cared for and spoiled. Ron and his family have a great love for dogs evidenced by owning 2 dogs and still being willing to care for Rudy when I was out of town. They have also fostered shelter dogs which can also be challenging and takes a special love for dogs!! I couldn't think of a better person to cared for my dog then Ron!!

I have a 4' fenced backyard. We walk dogs 1 -2 times per day. My dogs have full run of the house and any dogs I watch would too as long as they are respectful of the home.

Is your dog people and dog friendly? Can your dog jump a 4' fence? Any quirks or anything about your dog that I should know? Is your dog kennel trained? I may need to use the kennel briefly here and there until I am fully comfortable leaving them out while nobody is home.
A typical day
I take my dogs for a morning walk and then they are pretty mellow during the day. We have lots of trails in my neighborhood including a few lakes. My dogs love walking around the lake!
