I dogs and cats have never been just pets, they have been my children. My last 3 dogs were Malmutes and Siberian Huskies. I have a feral cat I picked up in Santa Fe, NM 8 years after I lost Abbey and Patches. Cinnamin, being feral, took me 10 months before I could pet her and now she is always at my side. I would love to take pets in here for short visits and overnight stays, Cinn will not allow that, have already tried. I do not know what other sitters do to comment on there pet skills and training, I know my skills with pets. I am an artist, was not the profession I choose, at first, really wanted to study to be a veterinarian.
