First off, I want to say that I’m an established rover sitter, so know how this goes. Romeo was nice and responsive, but there were a couple of problems during my dogs stay: The unopened bag of specialty food that I left her that I specifically mentioned needed to be refrigerated (it’s also plastered across the bag) was left at room temperature causing it to spoil. Even worse, he continued trying to feed it to her. Obviously, she wouldn’t eat it, so she ended up not eating adequately for three days. In addition, I left a large quantity of at least thirty greenies for a three day stay, THREE were returned to me. Romeo only reached out to tell me how she was if I messaged him first. Also, he wasn’t even there to return her to me, I had to get her from his roommate. She obviously hadn’t been walked in a considerable amount of time, because instead of sniffing and finding the “perfect” spot to go, she immediately took a huge pee and poop at the same time. She doesn’t even do that when I’ve been at school for 8 hours.

Romeo is a trustworthy animal lover. He is responsible and very caring. Has taken care of my dog & others several times. Five Star all around!
