Pet care experience
I've had a love for animals ever since I was young, and I will love your pets just like I love my own and help with anything I can! I've been caring for my own, my family's pets, friend's and stranger's for years now. It's something that I really get joy from. I would do anything to ensure an animal's safety or that they are being well cared for. I clean up dog poop around the surrounding neighborhood areas and I love getting to know the dogs (or neighborhood cats!) and bonding with them even if it's just a quick ear scratch and a hello or they decide to jump on me and the hoodie I'm wearing is suddenly a vintage dog hair sweater. I enjoy taking my dog for walks and runs (unless he's running me instead lol) and spending quality time playing making sure he gets his exercise and all of his high energy out. Sometimes just chilling on the couch with your dog while he's barking at absolutely nothing is therapy, you know what they say about a dog being a man's best friend lol. We love binging on snacks, going for car rides and making nose art on the window and barking at the window at home too.

A gentle giant who is absolutely loving and caring towards all animals. He loves all animals and treats them with respect and kindness like they deserve. He makes an effort to befriend each animal he sees and takes the time to sit down with them and give them belly rubs and pets, whether it’s the neighborhood dog, a stranger’s dog or a stray cat. He will definitely love and treat your animal like it’s his own. He would definitely go the extra mile to make sure your pets are safe and taken care of. Highly recommend and trust for him to care for your pets like you would! :)

I would come up with a safety plan with the client because everybody's home, rules and overall goals are different and will always vary. Speaking with the client and discussing their needs and having proper communication regarding their home and pet is important. I also think it's important to make sure the right doors are being closed and locked on the way out, as well as any questionable windows for the escape artists, and to make sure any fire hazards or other safety hazards are being avoided if the homeowner is away to properly ensure the safety of their pets.

If an animal is people reactive I think it would be best if I was aware of that so I knew how to properly approach the animal instead of scaring or surprising it. Animals are very vulnerable and they deserve respect as well as humans do! I would prefer to be informed about any special care your pets may have or how I can be assistance to give the best care to them I can. Special vitamins or medicines they may need, food & water instructions or even any restrictions regarding your pet. I am most definitely willing to work with elderly and special needs animals as well and will treat them with the best care.
A typical day

It's a breeze to me. I do work full time in the military but usually I have plenty of free time (available at pretty much any time on the weekends!!) to come care for your pets to the best of my ability. Animals are a big part of my personality and I enjoy spending time with them, so I would make the time if my work schedule at the time allows it! Pets are the most natural of anti-depressants and it would put a smile on my face.
