Really great experience. Rodrigo took care of my dog for 4 nights. He and his wife were careful to understand everythibg about my dog. While I was away, I received several pics and updates. I had issues with my flight when trying to get home, but they responded to my updates quickly and were really flexible, patient, and understanding. I would definitely use them again.
