Home all day!
I grew up on an acreage with cats and dogs. I have had many other animals throughout they years, such as... a bunny, bearded dragon, fish and a hamster. As an adult we have had both a cat and a dog. We had both for many years. We lost our cat about 9 years ago and about a year ago had to say good bye to our good old dog. Our home feels empty without our dog, Chester. We are taking some time for our hearts to heal before we adopt a new pet. I have 2 kids. My son is 9 and my daughter is 5. Both are very gentle with animals. We are excited to have the chance to spoil your pet.

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids. 1 is 9. He goes to school full time. The other is 5. She is in kindergarten. Other than stepping out for school runs and extra curricular activities, we are home most of the day.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard. We have a 2 story home. There is a door to the basement and a gate to upstairs. We don't allow animals upstairs unless it's in a crate at bedtime. I am willing to work with whatever normal routine your animal is used to for care.
A typical day
We have a beautiful walking path behind our home. It has trails and a pond. We walk my son to and from school everyday. When we had our dog, we enjoyed taking him to the dog parks. I have 2 young children that could play fetch for hours! We have a fenced in backyard. Your pup can run around outside as much as he wants.
