I have a large fenced yard and two pups of my own that get along great with other dogs. I can easily crate your pup if that is your preferance. My backyard sits on the pinellas trail so just open back gate to go for walks. Taylor Park is a 3 minute walk

It MUST get along with other dogs. I do not allow mine on my bed but they are allowed on the sofa. Your pup must be potty trained and I usually leave back slide door open so it will be able to go as needed. I never let dogs out of my sight when in the yard
A typical day
I run my two dogs just about every morning anywhere from 2-4 miles depending on weather and time. I can ease a non-active pup into this as I have plenty of experience with running different breeds and easing them into running. Taylor park is a great place to walk/run dogs as well and very nearby
