Robin was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my dog! She will definitely be my standing sitter going forward!

We left our puppy, Loki, there for 9 days and I bagged up all of his food, per meal, 3 times a day. I also left him his favorite toys and 2 t-shirts with our scents on it so he wouldn't miss us. When I went to pick him up, he was in his own room laying in pee and poop after I was told that he would be staying in a room with one of her sons. None of his toys were in his room and I didn't get them back, nor did I get back the t-shirts. There were also 7 bags of leftover meals and I know Loki will get really hungry if he doesn't eat 3 times a day. We also asked her to give him 1 dental chew per day and I got back 6 of them. This was truly disappointing to see that my baby wasn't fed properly, wasn't taken care of properly, laid in what was properly his own urine and feces. I had to shampoo him 4 times when I got him home to get the smell and the brown colored water washed away. I also found some pills in the box of stuff she packed away for us that was for Loki - those aren't his pills and I can only pray that she didn't feed him those pills. Not to mention, the booking was for a 10am pickup, which she confirmed was okay when we did the meet and greet, when I dropped him off, and when I texted her before I left for vacation. We waited 40 minutes outside her house before finding out she was at work. Luckily, her husband was home.
