Pet care experience
While growing up, my family volunteered as a foster home for neglected dogs who were in between homes, or who needed a loving place to be rehabilitated after a traumatic past. Because of this I've gotten very accustomed to handling dogs of varying behaviours and social levels, and interpreting their individual personalities and needs. Now that I live away from home, I still volunteer at local shelters to help with day to day care, training and dog walking.

Robin was amazing! Great person to leave the pup with while at the bike park. My dog came back tired and happy.
Robin came to check in on my sweet boy while he’s injured and I had to go back to work. She’s great with timely communication and updates and fit Alder in last minute with a busy schedule!!

I live in right off Silver Star Rd, about a 15 minute drive to the resort. I have quick and easy access to grass, and lots of hiking trails! I also have a vehicle with lots of space to bring your pup to his/her favourite park or to meet friends for playdates. When caring for pets I follow daily schedules for feeding, training and exercise that have been made by the owners.

A typical day
Your pup is in for a great day! We can explore new trails together, or walk the old favourites, go for a leashed run, or casually peruse each and every smell along the sidewalk. If your doggy's a hugger, they're guaranteed lots of cuddles during down time, or if not, some very comfy couches with their name on it. Mealtimes will be abided by when necessary and I will always be present and supervising.

I’m working at Bugaboos Bakery and Cafe at Silver Star this winter, with variable days off. With notice so that I can guarantee I’m not working, I would be super happy to care for your pup!
