I am a teacher, so during weekends and holidays, my schedule revolves around being home with my dogs. (I am available for Friday drop-offs after 4:30 during the school year). I have many years of experience in caring for multiple dogs at a time. I have my own dogs and I foster one or two dogs for local rescues. I usually host multiple families of dogs at a time, so my home feels like dog park or a puppy party! I am home full-time on weekends and school holidays, including summer vacation. When I am home, everything revolves around taking care of my dogs and keeping them safe and happy. Safety is my top priority and I have a lot of experience introducing new dogs to my pack and managing different personalities and behaviors. My home is set-up to create a dog-friendly atmosphere where dogs can relax and feel secure. All dogs have doggy door access to my fenced backyard when I am home, and there are many dog beds throughout the house to keep them comfortable. I specialize in older dogs and have experience giving dogs medication and TLC. Although dogs that enjoy being around other friendly dogs will be the happiest in my home, I have experience working with dogs that are shy and need a little time to adjust to a new environment. I have a baby-gated "dog room" for dogs that enjoy having space to themselves, and for safety reasons, I crate my dogs when I am not at home to supervise.
