I'm an animal lover. My mother used to sneak animals into my home and my father found out later. I work full time and have not been able to provide the kind of attention a pet really needs, but am off in the evenings. I can smother your dog with attention and would like a bed buddy. Of course, you are the primary owner, but don't worry, I will spend time with your babies and give them TLC. I would enjoy the company! I grew up with guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits,cats, dogs, canaries, parrots, I'm from Iowa. I miss having animals around. Especially as I live alone. Hopefully, someday I can have enough time to have one again. I was raised with pomeranians and my last dog was a mutt who slept with me at night.
