Hello! I have had dogs in my life for the past 30 years. I live with my daughter and our new dog, a gentle rescue mutt. We are all (including daughter) up to date on our shots. :) We lost our oldest Pug, Gus, who was a part of our family for 15 years. This past December we lost our 13 year old pug. So, needless to say, we are very capable of taking care of Senior dogs! I am a school employee so I am off work during the summer and holidays. During the school year I leave the house at 6:45am and return around 3:30pm. I sometimes have a friend come over and let the dogs out once during the day. However, that is not guaranteed. Your dog that stays with us during the work day should be able to be alone in the house, or in his crate, without problems. I will take any dog breed or size as long as he/she is SPAYED OR NEUTERED. My daughter and I would love to meet your family! We live in an east side suburb. Sometimes I can do pick up and drop off for a small fee if that is easier for you.
