Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm and have always loved animals. Dogs however own my heart! I currently own a big baby who I wouldn't change for the world! His name is Samurai, a 7 year old American Bulldog, mastiff mix. I use to foster dogs when I lived in Florida. Helping them find their "furever" home. Now I live here in East Texas. We have grown as a family with a 7 year old malti-poo and a 16 month old daughter. Her bigger brothers who are 17 and 11 help with her and the pets! I would treat all dogs with the same respect I treat my own dogs and my children. I hope to earn your trust. Please allow is to help you!

Roberta was great. She has a few children and 2 dogs and a cat. Roberta was very friendly, professional and clearly very caring. We interacted quite a bit during the 1-1/2 Day stay which was awesome. She was very organized and explained to me how she brings a new dog into her home by putting the other animals away until my dog was comfortable with the situation. Then she slowly brought in her other animals which were all well behaved and clearly under her control. Highly recommend and will use again as needed in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Roberta Overholt is wonderful with pets of every kind. She is not only sweet and loving to them, but she is also a very good disciplinarian. Animals seem to gravitate toward her, and she never ceases to reach out and give them love and attention they desire. All of her pets are very well behaved and loyal. Roberta is an amazing dog sitter and i wouldn't choose anyone else in the world to look after my dogs except her. She's absolutely awesome and perfect for the job.
Roberta is a very caring and amazing pet care sitter. I have watched her care for fosters in her loving home. She also was so helpful to me and my family when I got puppies. My dogs are my kids and I always feel comfortable and safe when I leave them with her. I know they will be well cared for and loved.

Any breed, however I would want to make sure that the dog has all their shots and is comfortable around other dogs and children. I do not want to be picky however I would need to feel safe around your dog as if it is my own!
A typical day
Depending on the area, I prefer to find a nice grassy area to walk your pet. No dog should be forced to walk on the hot sidewalk.
