Rob has been walking our two dogs for the past month and he has been absolutely excellent. He is prompt, thoughtful, and a great communicator. And most importantly, you can tell that he really gets dogs. Our dogs are small but a bit of a hassle to walk - stubborn and leash reactive with bigger dogs - but Rob has taken all their quirks in stride. When we get home from work, the dogs are happy and worn out and all their stuff is back in the right place. Thanks so much, Rob!
Rob is such an excellent cat sitter! My cat had an unexpected health emergency while I was away, and Rob did such a wonderful job of handling the situation. He stayed in close communication, took my cat to the vet, and was incredibly gracious and flexible about the added level of effort involved. (He even went out in the rain to get an uber without an umbrella!) I felt very lucky that he happened to be the one watching her. I would highly recommend him.
I recently adopted a 60 lbs pitbull mix and have had to have a walker come to my apartment when I’m in the office. Robert replies quickly, is extremely professional, and goes above and beyond what I would expect. Always willing to be flexible & adjust services as needed. And he handles my dog so well (a strong puller at times!). Strong recommendation
Robert did a wonderful job watching our cats when we were out of town for the weekend! The cats absolutely loved him, we got regular updates (and photos), and he left the house in great shape. We’ll definitely ask him to stay again next time we’re away.
