Dogs Make Me Happy
Pet care experience
Love dogs and always had them in the house growing up, owned a Jack Russell, a couple Great Danes, German Shepard, and a mid-sized rescue (lab/pitbull/etc mix) so experience with all sizes. Currently at a point in my life where I'm travelling and can't commit to looking after my own dog but would love to care for yours to get my much needed dog time in. I work from home running an eCommerce company so can spend all day with your furry friends. Walks, playtime, and ball throwing will be easily fit in throughout the day. My Jack Russell was not great with other dogs so I have experience with 'misunderstood' dogs. He is also now 17 and I look after him when my parents go on holiday, he is very much a senior citizen now, which means he has chilled out, but needs a bit of extra love and care in his old age (medication, more watchful eye, etc). So I have no problems delivering medication or caring for old dogs.

He is one to go out of his way to establish and maintain a natural and comfortable environment catering to personality and need. I can’t recommend Rob highly enough. He’s personable, has lots of experience with dogs, and is very responsible. He’s entirely trustworthy and I have no concerns about having him staying my home. Robert gets my strongest recommendation possible for a dog walker. This man is a such a gentle person and true Cesar Millan with the pups. He quickly calmed my wolf hybrid upon meeting it and I'm sure any other dog would only be easier. I would recommend Robert to anyone feeling absolutely confident that they would be in the best care. Happy with all breeds of dogs and all temperaments. That said I have a particular soft spot for Jack Russell's and Great Danes (quite the contrast I realize).
A typical day
I love to take breaks by throwing on a podcast and taking a long walk at least once day. 2-3 times a week I go on a short run (3-5km), so if your dog likes to run then we'll do that. If he/she is more of walker (or a senior citizen pooch) we will do that. If they are super energetic then we will do both, and throw a ball around for good measure. A tired dog is a happy dog. Also completely love dog parks so if your dog does too then we'll be sure to hit those up.
