I have owned and taken care of dogs as pets for most of my life. I have also owned a wide variety of different breeds of all sizes. I have also taken care of large numbers of hunting dogs over the years, and volunteered at kennels taking care of over 20 dogs at a time. This type of work consisted of feeding and walking the dogs, and cleaning and replacing things in their kennels. Not to mention I just have that knack for getting dogs to like me. I have always enjoyed caring for and hanging out with the dogs, and I hope to use this as opportunity to make a little extra money during my off-seasons from my job as a fisheries biologist in Alaska.
