Love dogs and running with them!
Pet care experience
My name is Robert and I love hanging out with dogs. I especially enjoy taking them on walks or runs with me! I have worked with dogs being trained for Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and had my own dog for 17 years. I love working with, exercising, and giving affection to all kinds of dogs. My experience training guide dogs means I am comfortable being strict about any rules you may have, but I also enjoy being lax and letting the dog decide what they want to do! I have a wonderful sunny apartment that is very dog friendly in Glover Park, with miles of walking in Glover Archbold Park just a block away. I live with my girlfriend who has even more experience with Guiding Eyes for the Blind, but she is a student at Georgetown while I do freelance web development from home.
Reviews
Robert G. is an excellent dog caregiver. As a guide dog raiser and trainer, having a reliable dog walker and sitter is essential. Robert loves dogs and dogs clearly love him. He gets on well with every dog I've seen him with and can handle watching and walking multiple dogs at once.

Information Robert G. would like to know about your pet
I'd love to know if they prefer to walk or run and for how long, obviously any unusual dietary restrictions, and any specific rules you would like enforced (eg staying off furniture)
A typical day
We will walk (or run if they'd like!) through Glover Archbold Park, which has several miles of trails, or down through Georgetown's lovely campus. Either way avoids any main roads, and is mostly on trails or pedestrian areas on campus.
