Pet care experience
I currently have 2 large dogs and 2 awesome cats. My two dogs are German Shepherds (Savannah & Duke) and I grew up taking them on long bike rides with my Dad! My two cats are amazing as well; one (Boots) my Uncle found in a gutter as a baby and after he nursed it back to health I couldn't bear to see it go to a shelter so I had him ship it to me from Atlanta, Georgia. The other one Tigger (a.k.a. Marcus Aurelius) just found me one day and after continuously coming to visit deciding he wanted to live with me! I say that I have these animals because we don't own them, they are apart of my family, and I hope you feel that way about your animals as well! I've volunteered at the Norfolk SPCA more times than I can count starting over a decade ago and have also done volunteer work at the local homeless shelter Oasis! Honestly, I just love animals, so getting paid to play with & visit them is just a nice bonus! If you pick me you won't be disappointed! I look forward to meeting & playing with your bundles of fur soon!

Robert Frye is the best person to use for any pet needs. He has watched my dogs on numerous occasions and has left me more than satisfied each and every time. He is my cousin but that's not why I'm recommending him I'm doing it because I know he loves animals and has 2 dogs and 2 cats of his own and he doesn't treat them like pets he treats them like family and treats my family with the best care possible. So I more than reccomend Robert Frye, he is more than just a pet sitter he has a passion for animals and will do anything to make sure they are more than taken care of.
I’ve known Robert for over 10 years now and he has always had a huge heart for all animals, but especially dogs. Watching him with his German shepherd had shown me that, and it was confirmed when he met my own dogs (James T., a pitty mix and Dude, my Akita). As a Licensed Vet Tech in the state of VA, and working in the animal field for over 10 years, I’d trust my own dogs in his care.
Robert has been great with my two dogs I have a Australian Sheppard and a mastiff. He is great with pets and is someone we as a family can trust
Robert and I have been close friends for 10+ years. He has been like an uncle to my children and has been around our family pets as well, who absolutely love him. He is an upstanding guy and takes very good care of his own pets as well as others when he is around them. He would be a great fit for this position.

I would just like a basic understanding of your dog, the role he has amongst the family, and the overall temperament along with any dos & don'ts that you would like to be enforced! Basically anything and everything you would tell someone when watching one of your children!
A typical day
(All of the following are optional and at the owner's discretion based on how they like their animals handled & the type/size/temperament of the animals that I will be watching) Fetch. Tug of war. Running around the yard. Walks down the neighborhood. Going for a joy ride. Hanging out at City Park if weather permits. Walks in a different neighbor if owner prefers. Belly rubs while relaxing in the house or yard. Use of dog/cat brush to clean/manage fur. I'm always open to other ideas as well!
