Pet care experience
I have been raised around dogs. As a child, my father raised beagles and I learned how to care for them as I was growing up. I have always been a pet lover, but in the past 10 years I have been living with dogs and cats full time and would love to help you with your pets when you have to leave them at home. I am a Registered Nurse (for humans only), but I have experince with injections and medications for dogs too. I work Monday-Friday normal work hours. I currently have two dogs at home in our townhome, so boarding is not possible at this time. I would much rather come to your place to care for your pets, whether that is a drop-in visit or staying overnight.

I highly recommend Robert as a sitter. He is kind and loving to my puppy and treats him like family. He is great about walking him and keeping him entertained. I never worry about my baby when he is with Robert. I always know he is being well taken care of!

For our dogs at home, we walk them through the neighborhood in the morning and evening. I feel this is the best way to provide enrichment and daily exercise. I also try and take them on longer walks or to the dog bark to give them socialization time with other dogs and dog owners at least once per week in the cooler weather. They love the River Walk and are members of the Bark West Dog Park. We give both dogs good oral care treats, but our Chihuahua needs a little extra TLC in the dental area, so she also gets her teeth brushed a couple of times a week.

Please let me know your routine for your pet. From my experience, I know how separation anxiety can affect our furry friends, so I want to keep them as close to their routine as possible.
A typical day
We will be playing inside and out. Walks at local parks, riverfront, or otherwise with lots of breaks for water and possibly some treats...approved by you, of course.

Availability
I am currently working Monday-Friday in an outpatient clinic. I would be available after 5:00 PM most days and overnights until 8:00 AM. I hope this will provide your pet with consistent care for you to be able to relax and enjoy your time away from home.
