As an owner of two rescue dogs and a cat I understand how important it is to find the right sitter for your 'fur' family members! Due to my recent hiring of a sitter I came to understand the importance of trust and flexibility when hiring care for your pet. I am a recently retired counselor who can honestly say my dogs have 'changed my life' for the better. Sparky who sadly passed away after being with us 7 years was an outgoing adorable beagle who never met a stranger he didn't turn into a friend in the hopes of finding a treat or a scratch! Teddy our current dog is the complete opposite as he can be nervous and shy with strangers. He wouldn't come up our stairs or out from under the furniture when we first brought him home. We have had him over a year and now see his sweet and loving nature unfold. I have also had experience caring and sitting for a beloved senior dog and also enjoy volunteering at local pet shelters.
