My name is Rob and I love working with dogs! Dogs have always been an important part of my life. I have studied with CATCH Dog Training Academy and have volunteered at dog rescues. I live in a pet-friendly, 3 level home, with my wife, Michelle, 2 dogs, Dexter and Hannah, cat, Frank, and a few reptiles in tanks. We are in a very dog-friendly neighborhood, with neighbor dogs on both sides, and behind our house. My house has a fenced-in/locked backyard. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for walks. I have 3 large dog crates and the ability to separate dogs or block off rooms/areas of the house, if necessary. My cat has his own room, and is not allowed free-roam downstairs when guests are here. I permit pets on my furniture if given your permission. A typical day at the B&B begins around 7am with everyone going outside then eating breakfast. Afterwards, they are given plenty of indoor/outdoor playtime with toys and tug of war. Everyone is taken outside for potty breaks every 1-1.5 hrs. We have plenty of dog beds, and a futon for napping throughout the day. We offer, with your permission, homemade peanut butter and banana "Wookiee Cookies", frozen fruit/berry and yogurt treats, and peanut butter oat treats. We also have an assortment of toys, including Kong tug toys, ropes, bones, deer antlers and tennis balls. I encourage all guests to bring any of their favorite toys, bed, blanket and/or pillow.
