Pampered in Primrose Hill
Pet care experience
Hi, we’re Rob and Dani. We’ve had dogs throughout our lives. After volunteering for Guide Dogs for the Blind and looking after trainee guide dogs, I got my own dog, Carter. A German Shepherd who was my everything, a best friend, a confident and companion. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to him last year and it’s been heartbreaking. We will have another dog one day but we’re not ready yet, so in the meantime, we would love to welcome other dogs into our home to fill the void and share the love. We live in a very large apartment with a huge garden right by Primrose Hill and Regents Park, so long walks and time to play come easily here. We work from home most days and love sitting in the garden or walking through the beautiful parks to take a break from our desks. As a previous GSD owner, I'm totally comfortable with the gentle giants that big dogs are. Feel free to reach out and ask anything you need.
Reviews
This was the second time Rob took care of Toast and again everything went great, with frequent photo and message updates while we were away. He absolutely loved the garden. Would definitely book again :)
Benjie came back a happy dog… that’s all one can ask for …
Benjie was totally taken care of and I could not be happier. I have no worries about leaving Benjie again with this amazing couple x
Rob was lovely with my boy (and me- Made us both feel very relaxed). Scout was very well looked after. Highly recommend!

We have a large fenced off garden and two outdoor terraces in the apartment. Being so close to London's most beautiful parks also means we have lots of places to explore.

Information Rob L. would like to know about your pet
If your dog has any special needs, please let me know so we can jointly evaluate if they would be a good fit. I ask that they are fully housetrained, not destructive of furniture and soft furnishings and arrive for their holiday with us clean. As a previous GSD owner, big doggies are totally fine!
A typical day
An average working day with your pooch will look a little like this... wake up and have a sniff in the garden followed by some brekkie. Then while we work, some belly scratches and if they have been a good doggy, or a cute doggy, or well... just a doggy, maybe a treat or two. At lunchtime, its off for a walk in Primrose Hill, off the leash if you allow it. Back home for lunch (if its three meals a day) and a snooze before an evening walk and then some dinner before curling up on the sofa. The weekends are different... they start the same, but just have lots more fun and longer walks! As the garden is so lovely, no matter what day it is, every few hours we head down for a break and a cup of tea!

Availability
We work full time, but there is always one of us at home. Having to take regular breaks to take the dog for a walk or to the garden is a welcome diversion! We will always have at least one long walk a day in the park (subject to your dog being able to) and a couple of shorter ones, plus time in the garden. Whatever we're up to, we will send you regular pupdates via whatsapp to keep you in the loop.
