Rob has been responsible beyond measure. He stayed with our dogs in our home while humans in our family traveled to Costa Rica. We found our dogs, healthy, clean, and happy. Moreover, while we knew that we were traveling in hurricane season, we couldn't anticipate that our scheduled date to return ( 9/12) would coincide with Hurricane Florence churning in the sea. Rob kept our dogs calm, and followed all suggestions we sent him to secure our home before the storm arrived. When we got home, Rob continued to help us with everything we needed and then some. If 6 stars were possible, I would award them.

This was the first time that we have ever travelled and needed someone to take care of our four dogs. We asked friends and family but everyone was busy. So we decided to try our rover and so happy that we did. We found Rob and honestly could not have asked for a better person to watch our dogs for us. He had his hands full with four unrully dogs but did amazing! He even washed our blankets for us and swept the floor which we did not expect. He went above and beyond and we cannot wait to use him again to watch our dogs in the months going forward!! Thank you for everything, Rob!
