Growing up, my family had cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs that I helped care for: feed, groom, waste management. In high school, I started taking care of dogs for neighbors for extended periods of time while they traveled (2+ weeks at times).

In my current phase of life, it doesn't make much sense for me to have pets. Which makes me a bit sad as I grew up loving the companionship pets provide. If I had the opportunity to care for your pet/s I would genuinely cherish the opportunity to spend time with a new furry friend. I'd treat the pet like my own and show it all the love and affection it deserves :D As for specifics of caring for your pet/s, I am very accommodating and great at following instructions. Just tell me how best to care for your pet and you can count on me to do an excellent job.

How is your dog around other dogs? Other people? Are they going to bolt at the sight of squirrels? Can they have treats from other dog owners? Any other special needs I should know about when caring for your dog?
A typical day
I'm a very active person who is happiest outside playing with your dogs in the park! Rest assured, we'd get some great exercise in while we explore the neighborhood together :)

Availability
I work a full time job that has me in the lab M-Th every week. Fridays I work from home. Weekends are usually wide open, so that is when I have the most availability and flexibility with my schedule.
