We're a professional couple (lawyer and college professor) that love dogs. One might be able to call us crazy dog people, but in a good way. We live in Italian Village with a fenced backyard. We're the proud parents of a 52 lbs pit mix affectionately named Captain. Playing with other dogs is pretty much Captains favorite thing to do. This is why we like to host other pups on Rover. In addition to Captain there are two cats in the house. Both have gruelingly accepted that a dog is in charge of their house. If your pup is new to cats or isn't a big fan we normally keep them in our basement. My work schedule is pretty flexible which allows for me to check in on our pets most days at lunch time. Our dog is allowed to roam the house when we're away. Thus, if your dog needs to be crated, we are probably not a good fit. Additionally, if it is the first time you dog has come to visit with us we will only book a maximum of two nights. This helps make sure that your dog is a good fit for longer stays. Please let us know if your pup has any chewing or anxiety issues. As crazy dog parents ourselves, we'll make sure you're flooded with pictures and videos of your pup while you are away. We only host one dog at a time to make sure everyone is getting all the attention they deserve.
