Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs since I was ten from family pets to friend's pets. I can take care of puppies, middle aged, or senior dogs. I can walk, feed, bathe, or house sit your dogs!

River did an amazing job watching our two girls while we were on a long vacation. After having a couple bad experiences with prior sitters on Rover not actually staying with our dogs it was such a relief having River as she definitely stayed with them and clearly loved on them!! We have one very nervous old lady and River was able to quickly win her over. She also told us about any accidents (which we anticipated as we have a puppy and an elderly dog) she cleaned everything and the house smelled amazing when we came home after a long day of travel. I think this is the first time we’ve come home from a trip and our dogs were somewhat unfazed by our return - clearly they really enjoyed their time with River and always felt safe and sound at home :) We are already planning on asking River to stay again in a month!
River took care of my pup in our home for two nights. She organized a meet and greet before the booking and was quick to respond to messages. Throughout her stay, she provided lots of updates which I greatly appreciated and was able to accommodate a longer stay when our flight was cancelled. I worry about new sitters walking my three year old dog because she is reactive and very strong, but River was confident in handling her and that put me at ease. We returned to a happy and healthy dog and clean home! I would recommend River and would hire her again.
River is a lifesaver! She is punctual, courteous and attentive. My Puppy just loves her and it's so great knowing Isla is with someone who loves her just as much as I do!
River is great! Highly recommend. 2nd time with our pooch and he’s always so happy and comfortable with her.

Do let me know if your dog is reactive or special needs so i can adjust care accordingly. I want to take care of your pet the best I can! I don't care what dog breed it is as long as they are friendly with new people. I can handle dogs who are reactive to other dogs.
A typical day
I love to give dogs mental and physical care. We will take fun walks and play with toys, as well as treat rewards (if permitted by owner!) for sitting, laying, and being non reactive on walks.

I am a graduate student at Emerson College and I intern for a publishing house, but on weekends and various times on week days i can be available to dog walk or dog sit!
