RITHU SAVED US! Long story short - a different Rover sitter cancelled on us last minute and we had under 1 hour to find another sitter before leaving to catch a flight. As you can imagine, this was a horrible situation to be in, but Rithu responded promptly and was eager to help us - she even came to pick up Joey. Her calmness and reassurance throughout the situation was extremely appreciated. Beyond this - Rithu sent us numerous photo and text updates and it was extremely apparent that Joey was comfortable with Rithu right from the beginning, which is absolutely not common for our anxious dog. Joey was cuddling up with Rithu and he boyfriend and all our stress/worries went away. We can't thank Rithu enough, and I highly recommend trusting her with your pup(s); I'm certain she will treat them like her own.

Appa had an amazing time! She was so tired when we came home, which is a sign that she had a great day. Rithu was able to take Appa last minute, and I appreciate Rithu's flexibility with drop off and pick up.
