We started an ongoing arrangement with Rita, who comes to visit our puppy Biscuit 3 days a week. She has been absolutely brilliant, followed my extensive (probably a bit excessively so haha) instructions, treated all of our animals with the utmost care and respect, and gone out of her way to make sure they are all okay and receive the attention they need. We only booked her in to see our puppy but she is also great with our cats, and all the household animals absolutely adore her. I know Biscuit is always excited to see her! She has also cleaned up many a mess caused by Biscuit (including him shredding nearly a whole pack of puppy pads), with no issues. She is great with communication, having responded to my initial enquiry promptly and having agreed on arrangements soon after, at very last minute, and has been flexible in working with us to meet our pets' needs. We are continuing our weekly arrangement outside of Rover, as I am aware sites like these usually take a cut and Rita deserves every penny. Rita has been instrumental in our puppy's development and he has really settled down since she started visiting and walking him. I look forward to continuing to work with Rita going forward, and im sure all of our pets do too!
