Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole life ranging from high-energy hunting dogs to lazy couch potatoes! I am always the go-to sitter for all my family and friends for their furry family members! I have two dogs of my own and we are very active in the dog sports community like obedience and agility. Being work from home is one of the best things I could ever ask for because I get to hang out with my dogs all day. Whether your pup stays with me for a week or an hour, I guarantee that I will treat them as if they were a part of my family!

This is the second time we have used Rita and she was so attentive to Charlie and gave frequent updates. She accommodated Charlie when he needed it and always talked it over with me first. We will use her again and again and again!
I was nervous because this was the first time I left my dog with a house sitter he wasn’t familiar with, but Rita did an excellent job taking care of him and my cat. She responded to messages promptly, followed my instructions, and gave updates. I highly recommend her, and think my animals would say the same :)
Rita was friendly, caring, considerate, and open to working within our schedules. She listened to our concerns for our 12-year-old dog and was able to make him content and comfortable while we were away. Wonderful first visit and will definitely call on her again.
Rita was wonderful! She sent frequent updates and has a very calm nature which makes my dog more at ease. She took wonderful care of him and he didn’t want to leave because he had so much fun!! Highly recommend.

I do not have a fenced-in yard, but I have long leads available to make sure that your fur baby stays safe at all time. I also have two very friendly corgis to keep your pup entertained all day. We go for long walks 3 times a day and your pup will get plenty of exercise and potty breaks. I have extra crates available if your pup needs them or I can easily block off the kitchen if they prefer to be free-range. My house is all puppy-proof and has no frequent visitors so it will be a calming and anxiety-free sanctuary for the entirity of their stay!

Let me know if your dog needs any special help! It’s very important that your dog is familiar with a leash since that is our only method of going potty! Please no aggressive dogs since I have two dogs of my own!
A typical day
I love brain games with dogs and have a lot of sniffing mats and toys to stimulate them! I also take one walk a day I like to call a “sniff” walk to allow them to stop and smell everything on the walk.

Availability
I full-time work from home with occasional days where I have to go onsite. I have a lot of notice before going in and on the days I do, I come home during my lunch break to play with my dogs. They are the focus of everything I do and I plan things that only fit into their schedule.
