Pet care experience
Currently a medical student and not able to keep a dog myself during the year due to place of residence. But I'd love to come watch yours! I've had dogs for over 10 years and I do volunteer work at a local shelter working with mostly pitbulls- so your big dog won't scare me. I'm good with a broad spectrum of ages and sizes because I have either had them all or dog-sat them all at some point. My experience ranges from 11 pound Chihuahuas to a 156 pound high energy young German Shepherd! I also have experience caring for birds, lizards, cats, and plants (haha) so I wouldn't mind taking over those while you are away in addition. Simple tasks for your pup including nail clipping, brushing, tooth care, medicine administration, are no issue either! For house sitting- I am away at school for only 3 hours (or less) on an average day, so I'll be able to give as much attention as needed. The rest of the time is spent at home studying, with frequent breaks to walk/run/play with your dog!

Rima was incredibly professional from the moment she stepped through our front door for our Meet and Greet. It was clear that this wasn't her first rodeo; she was very thorough and had a list of questions prepared for us and had obviously thought of everything! She stayed in our home and took care of our two dogs while we were gone for several days. One of our dogs was a 14 week old Border Collie puppy with imperfect housetraining, whom she managed and handled with great care and attention. She also took care of our two cats, one of which needed twice daily oral medications. Whenever something came up, Rima was quick to contact us and very quick to respond. She even vacuumed and tidied up around our home before we returned! I was thoroughly impressed and very happy with the quality of care our animals received. You will not be disappointed!
At first I was hesitant to give Rover a try but my concerns were put to rest when I met Rima. She was personable, professional and easy to communicate with. She came to the house quickly for a meet and greet with Trooper, our adopted pit bull, and they got along right from the beginning. Rima stayed at the house to care for Trooper during our week away on vacation. She sent daily updates and pictures of Trooper to keep our minds at ease. The house was also well cared for. I would highly recommend Rima and will be sure to contact her again in the future to care for Trooper.
Rima is wonderful. She was attentive and communicative. Gave my pup his meds properly and was patient with his tantrums. I will definitely be booking with her in the future.
