Pet care experience
My name is Riley and I’m 22 years old, recently married, living in Nashville with my 3 dogs and family. I am currently between jobs so i have lots of free time. I was one of the boarding managers at Nashville pet spa in Mt Juliet. I took 4 years of animal science in high school and took care of many different animals during that time. We had nearly everything; rabbits, snakes, lizards, sugar gliders, chicks, chickens, ducks, alpacas, and even a cow. The sugar gliders were very skiddish and i was the only one brave enough to handle them. They may be little but their bite is strong. I have fostered many litters of kittens. Before covid i was a live-in animal care taker where i took care of 15 dogs, 15 cats, 12 horses, and 2 parrots by myself. I also worked at an animal hospital in the kennel. So caring for injuries is something i can handle. I love animals of all shapes and sizes but, horses are my passion.

Riley was absolutely incredible for the entire trip. She sent us amazing updates, we knew our pups were taken care of SO WELL. She was incredibly flexible when our travel plans changed due to this crazy snow storm and has been so communicative. We can’t wait to have her watch the pups again soon!

We have known Riley almost all her life, and are very thankful for the time and love that she shows our three dogs. Riley has watched our dogs on numerous occasions, And is a trustworthy and responsible young adult. She is a patient and passionate animal lover, and is extremely knowledgeable with our dog's care.

Any normal behavior they do that might seem abnormal to me? If I’m staying at your house where is a fire extinguisher in case if emergency.
A typical day
We can play fetch, play chase, play in the sprinkler, go for a walk, play tug of war,get a good brushing, or even just cuddle on the couch. And even if you’re okay with it we can go play in a creek or the lake!

I do work full time so if you are comfortable with me working I’d love to dog sit for you. If you request a dog sitting and it’s far enough out i can possibly request those days off so your dogs have my 110% attention and company!
