Lifetime pet owner and lover!
Pet care experience
24, they/them pronouns. Animals have always been in my home growing up. At one time I owned and cared for up to four cats, and I was frequently around dogs owned by family members. Each animal has a distinct personality, and it's my goal to learn your animals personality and attune to their wants and needs!
Reviews
Riley is a good dog walker. Although new to the practice, she did a great job caring for my little corgi and reacted to her very well with her. Her sensitivity and attention worked well with my dog.
Riley is a very loving and caring pet guardian who will dedicate time and energy to ensuring the wellbeing of any animal. Riley is empathic and able to recognize animals needs, even when communicated in the subtle way that animals love to do.
Riley has a live for animals that knows no bounds. She is patient and caring while understanding how to be attentive and watchful. I have a PitBull named Taco and trust Riley with him implicitly. She understands that fur babies are family and should always be treated as such.

I understand how important it is to be attuned to your pets specific needs. As such, I am extremely detail oriented and will follow your instructions to the letter. It's important for me to care for them as you would, and to pay attention to all of their actions and behaviors. I will be sure to document everything from their bathroom and eating habits, to any issues or concerns that may arise while they are in my care. You can be assured that I have yours, and their best interest at heart.
Information Riley O. would like to know about your pet
Please be sure to let me know of any specific needs your pet requires, as well as their dietary needs. Please also know that I do not currently feel confident enough in my strength to walk a dog over 50 pounds, as I wouldn't want to lose your pet should they decide to run and I am not strong enough to hold them. Although I can't walk dogs this large, I can certainly care for them in the home!
A typical day
When I first meet your pet, I'll be sure to make a gentle introduction so as not to scare them. I'll check that their water bowl is full and that their dietary needs are tended to. I will be sure to give your pet lots of affection and entertainment by playing and interacting with them as much as they are comfortable. Once I establish some rapport with your pet(s), I'll take them (dogs) on a walk to make sure they potty! Once they have their potty break, I'll bring them back inside to hang out with them and play with them as much as they want, or give them space should they seem they need it. I'll be sure to follow your specific instructions and take pictures/videos of notable moments, as well as cute ones. At the end of my visit, I'll double check that their water bowl is full and that their dietary needs have been met, and give them a final pet goodbye, making sure to wrap up any loose ends and make sure your pet and home will be safe after I'm gone!

I am currently in grad school, however with only one in person class a week this semester on Wednesday nights, I have a lot of free time on my hands! I'd love to include caring for your furry family member in my routine!
