Riley was awesome! We received pictures every day and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog, Brody. I also felt comfortable knowing Riley used to work at a pet resort in the area so she has experience looking after animals. We will definitely use Riley in the future!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Riley took care of our 2 dogs and 1 cat for a week while we went out of town. She was highly responsive during the booking and accommodating when we requested a preliminary meet & greet. THE CAT - A few days before the boarding, our cat was injured and ended up needing medical treatment during the boarding which included wearing a cone and receiving regular intervals of antibiotics, analgesics, and routine cleaning. We told Riley the situation when it happened although it was still very short notice, only a day or two before the booking, just in case we needed to make other arrangements, but Riley said it was no problem. By the looks of our cat when we got her back, she took great care of her and kept her meds on schedule. THE DOGS - Our 2 dogs (115 lbs & 75lbs) loved their staycation with Riley. They got plenty of exercise. We knew this by the photos that Riley sent in addition to how fit they looked when we picked them up. When we went to pick them up, it was apparent that they had so much fun because they didn't want to leave! They also each got a treat bag from Riley! It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
