I have loved dogs all my life and caring for dogs is one of my favorite things in the world! I have worked as a vet assistant, managed play groups in doggie day cares, volunteered in animal shelters, and have dog-sat for countless families. I currently own a husky/shepherd adolescent, so I am used to managing a high maintenance, high energy dog and I am up-to-date on positive reinforcement training methods. I am very comfortable with dogs of any shape or size and can read dog body language well. I work hard to make sure your dog feels comfortable while in my care and can accommodate for specific individual needs. You can trust me to give your pet the best care!

Riga is so amazing with my generally anxious little pup! She gave her lots of walks and let her play in the yard! It feels good when the dog comes home exhausted. That’s when you know it was a good day! I’m so grateful her and her couple of friends got to play and snuggle with her. I will definitely be using her again!

I have one husky/shepherd mix who loves all other dogs and is great at playing and matching play styles. I let him free roam, but I can also crate your dog if need be. I will also make sure all dogs are separated at feeding times and are separated if a socialization break is needed. I have a fenced in backyard and will let your dog explore and play there. I also take at least two walks a day and provide enrichment games.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or medications. Also, let me know if your dog gets possessive with toys or food around other dogs or humans. Tell me about your normal routine, so I can stick to that as much as possible. Finally, let me know about any training words or commands that you would like me to use or work on with your dog. Also, I do require that all dogs boarding or coming to day care are up-to-date on vaccines. My dog is fully up-to-date on all vaccines and is currently on flea/tick/heartworm prevention

I love to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. We'll play games, go on walks, and explore new places and smells. I will make sure your dog is both never bored, but also gets plenty of time to decompress and relax.

Availability
I am currently job searching, so I have plenty of time to spend making sure your dog gets enough exercise and attention. I am already committed to taking care of my dog, so I am used to ensuring I schedule my days so no one is left home alone more than a few hours. If your dog is boarding with me, they will never be left alone, unattended with my dog. My dog is friendly with all other dogs, but I will supervise all interactions just to be safe.
