Ricky was incredibly conscientious and good with our kitty and bunny. Our kitty had some medical issues come up the week prior to my departure, and Ricky stepped right up to the task. Gave our boy his meds, and was able to put a cone on him to put steroid crem on his tail. He befriended our boys quickly and seemed to enjoy their company as much as they enjoyed his. Ricky sent me updates and pics throughout his stay, and was quick to respond when I checked in. Our home was in order when we arrived home. I highly recommend Ricky. I am a bit bummed that he's leaving VT after college graduation next month, as we are in transition with pet sitters, as our one the past five years is heading to med school. Our dog loved hanging out with Ricky! I was a little hesitant at first when it came to hiring someone new because our youngest, Cassady, is reactive around new people and can be really selective in who he warms up to. Ricky was great though! Followed directions on greeting our youngest, was super patient while Cassady stepped into his comfort zone, and updated us frequently after we left. We came home to two very relaxed and happy dogs. Can't wait to work with Ricky again!
