Always great! Sidney loves her walks with Richelle! She's trustworthy, flexible, dependable and great with pets. 10/10 recommend!

As much as I hate to leave bad reviews, I feel that our trust was badly broken during the holiday pet sitting we received from Richelle. We had flown to the other side of the country believing our cat and home were in good hands, only to have Richelle bring a stranger into our home with no note or warning. We only knew because we have pet cameras so we can check in on our cat, Richelle made no mention of it, even when she knew that we had cameras in our home. I reached out to her asking for an explanation, and she stated it was her fiancee who drove her due to a migraine, but to me it doesn't matter who he is or why she brought him...he should not have been there at all without any communication. Rover only works if you can trust the people who have access to your home, and Richelle unfortunately broke that trust only 2 days into a multi-day stay. On top of the breaking of trust, Richelle does not fill in the rover cards outside of a few pictures, and just leaves all the mess our cat makes from eating and using the litter box on the floor even though we left out brooms. All past cat sitters we've had have at the very least swept food off the floor and even washed cat dishes. Richelle just sat on our couch. For these reasons, though she is a lovely person, I would not recommend Richelle.
