I work in wildlife conservation as well as volunteering at a wildlife and equine rescue centre. Have always had a huge affinity for animal care having grown up with dogs and cats on a farm from when I was born. Experienced with puppies/kittens all the way to senior animals. Having had a meet and greet with Richard beforehand I felt confident of leaving our 15 month old puppy with him for an afternoon and evening. When we collected our dog it was obvious that he had had a good time and been well exercised. I would have no hesitation in booking him again.
Richard was GREAT with my dog Louie! He was responsive and sent me pictures throughout Louie's stay. He kept Louie entertained and took great care of him! My dog was tired when I picked him up which meant he had plenty of attention given to him throughout the weekend! I would definitely have Richard watch Louie again!
Richard is just like me, he just loves dogs and finds them the cutest thing in the world and can't help but cuddle them for hours! Richard and I lived together for a few months and he's one of the few people I would trust to leave my dog Kali with. I knew he would look after her, give her all the love she needs and make sure she's happy until I'd be back! Don't hesitate to leave your dog with Richard, they'll have a blast... and so will he! :)
As Richard's colleague and friend, I can vouch that he is a caring, responsible person who loves animals, he even dedicates his career to helping them by working full-time for an animal charity! He has grown up with a family dog and is always attentive and loving to the dogs who come and visit us in the office. He's also a very active person and always full of beans so you can guarantee your dog will get all the exercise they need!

I have lived with dogs and various other animals most of my life and have plenty of experience looking after them at every life stage. Every animal is different, and no one knows them better than their owner so whatever instructions you give me on how best to care for them I will duly follow.
Information Richard T. would like to know about your pet
No breed preferences but things I would like to know are: - How do they behave towards other dogs, strangers, and children; - What is their age and do they have any particular health concerns, dietary requirements etc.; - How frequently do they need toilet breaks; - How well do they respond to commands (in particular their name).
A typical day
Depending on the dog's fitness, age and energy levels we could go for anything from a little stroll around the garden to a run around a beach, the woods, you name it as well as playing with their toys and offering generous amounts of head and belly scratches. Having grown up with my beautiful dogs and a cat in the house and having cared for many others over the years, I understand that every animal has their own particular needs and routines so will cater to that.

I work fully remotely so I am available every day of the week. Can do multiple walks throughout the day. Please enquire about availability and I'll be more than happy to help.
