We needed a last minute sitter for our dog Charlie and we got lucky enough to find Richard and Li. Richard and Li kept communication simple and really made me feel confident in leaving my boy with them, during the stay Li sent us many pictures and updates and even took our dog for a walk which was so nice! Richard and Li also let us do a very early morning drop off and late pick up which we are so thankful for. They are very friendly and their house is perfect for dogs and is nicely gated so I felt confident in my dogs safety. I will definitely be a repeat customer, thank you Richard and Li!
Great for last minute reservations. Prompt response and plenty of pictures during the stay. Place hardly looks like the pictures. The lawn pics are of the front lawn, but currently not maintained; in his defense, it has been raining. He avoided my in-person requests to see inside the home where the dog will be staying. Looking through the front door, I could see the home looked very, very messy. Since we were already on our way out of town and already booked, we didn't have much of a choice. His 2 dogs didn't seem to like my puppy, and he mentioned he was sitting another dog (I think a Shiba Inu) that I didn't get to meet or see. So I wondered why and where the Shiba was staying. It was my mistake to not vet the owner, home and other pets before hand and request to introduce the dogs in a neutral space. Once we brought our dog home, he seemed different... more afraid of things (especially the couch). Am not quite sure why... I am grateful for the pics, though some look staged and I know my dog's scared look. I am giving 4 stars because, again, it was my fault for not preparing for the stay, and Richard was able to take my dog last minute for a fair price.
The process was very easy. The communication process between the sitter and I was easy, as well. Popeye was well taken care and Richard was helpful to send updates on how he was doing. Popeye, looked like he was happy and they got along well. Thanks, Richard andthanks to your wife.

I also have a 60 year old tortoise and 2 Muscovy ducks, but most dogs will never see them
