I am a responsible semi retired dog lover. I've actually written a book about my own dog Norman, who's 15 years old, and we walk 3 to 5 miles everyday. Norman is a therapy dog and we visit hospitals and nursing homes. I am certified in elementary education, and have recently worked for the Philadelphia School District. I have passed all the certifications that the state requires. The state requires background checks, criminal records and sex offenders clearance. I love photography music nature and I'm enjoying my life but I'm looking to make a few extra dollars to supplement my income. I've been real estate agent for 15 years in Montgomery County and presently live in Lafayette Hill Pennsylvania. I have coached basketball and soccer, and have raised two children that graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh high school and moved on to college.

Richard is one of the best with all dogs. His love of dogs is shown by always seeing him with his own dog , Norman,by his side. He is an honest and trustworthy individual.
Richard is a dutiful and thoughtful dog walker. No matter the weather, he makes sure that pups get their daily steps in. He's not only reliable, he's also resourceful: if it's a hot day, he finds a route with shade. If it's a cold day, he makes sure they are properly bundled up. Richard is one of the few people I trust completely with my dog.
