We asked Richa to help care for our two furbaby felines while we were on vacation for four days. I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention Richa gave to our cats who both require a moderate amount of maintenance (explained below), especially since at the time that we left, one of them was having an active medical issue that we were in the middle of treating. Richa requested a house visit before we left so she could familiarize herself with the cats and let them know who she was, which I didn’t even think of myself! We talked for a while about what was needed, and she asked a lot of great questions and communication with her was so easy. My cats, especially my boy, became very friendly with her, which he usually does not do (he is the grumpy cat, according to my son). We left out everything needed for cat care and I provided written instructions, which Richa followed to a T. I had no problem trusting her to come into our house to take care of our cats. Our boy cat has diabetes, requiring insulin twice a day, which Richa did not bat an eye at. Our second female cat was having active urinary issues where she was peeing blood and spraying/leaking all over the house; we were in the midst of changing her diet, praying it would get better. Again, Richa did not express any issue or concern in helping us with that. She came to our house twice per day as asked, and also generously helped us clean up any obvious messes left by the cats, as well as clean the litter boxes while we were away. She provided updates regularly and pictures of the cats to show how they were doing. Richa has a wonderful energy about her when it comes to animals. It’s very clear from the moment you meet her that she loves animals unconditionally, and while we were away, she treated our felines like her own. We came home to very happy cats and I have no doubt that they enjoyed Richa’s company. I would absolutely ask Richa to help with pet care in the future and highly recommend her services!
