This was our first time using Rover, and Ricardo put our mind at ease almost immediately! Bruno stayed with Ricardo for about 10 days as we headed out of state, and we were kept updated every day with photos and videos of Bruno having the best time - chilling out, going on long walks, and even runs in Central Park. He looked so happy and content when we picked him up. Thank you Ricardo for taking good care of Bruno!

As this was the first time we have used Rover, my wife and I were nervous but Ricardo immediately put those nerves to rest. He was absolutely amazing. Super responsive to all my questions prior to dropping Peanut off with him and I could tell from the moment I met him that Peanut was in the best of hands.
