Rhys was timely on her arrivals and departures, sent cute updates about our cats, and followed their normal routine very closely. We thank Rhys very much for stopping in for the cats while we were away!!

Multiple issues with Rhys. We had an initial meet and greet and she agreed to the plan of housesitting (which included staying overnight) my 2 dogs (cat was added at a later date). I had even left written instructions as to when the dogs needed to be let outside and fed (restated what we went over at the meet/greet). She showed up on time on Wednesday. I am assuming she showed up at least once on Thursday because she sent photos. Friday I got nothing from her. She was suppose to feed the dogs by 6:00 pm. I contacted my neighbor to check if she was at the house and she was not. I texted Rhys and at 7:35 she said she was on her way. By this time, my neighbor was checking on the dogs. Once she finally got the dogs fed, she texted me and said she didn't feel comfortable watching the animals. Made excuses as to why she wouldn't continue. She had 3 more days scheduled and just up and quit. I was 600 miles away and she assumed my neighbor would do it. Definitely do not recommend her.
