Pet care experience
Our family has a big heart for dogs (especially rescued dogs)! For years we volunteered with dog rescues in San Antonio and fostered homeless dogs until they were adopted. We both have experience feeding, bathing, playing with, and walking dogs of various ages, breeds, and sizes. We love meeting new fur babies and believe each pet should be valued as any other family member and treated with love, respect, & compassion. We will go above and beyond to provide exceptional care to each pet and complete each task with the highest level of integrity. They will have the best stay with us and will receive lots of attention throughout the day!

Oh my goodness, Rhoda and Erik are the sweetest. I left my Mom’s long-haired miniature dachshund with them for seven days. Our pup is 16 years old and they attended to her every need. Daily updates and pictures, too! Wonderful family, I will definitely book again if needed. Hopefully they will have us! :D

I’m so thankful for Rhoda and Erik! I came into town for my Daughter’s graduation and needed my Rosie to stay overnight for 2 nights. They took very good care of her. They stayed in communication with me on how she was doing and sending me pics of her. That really helped to ease my mind that my Rosie was in the right place. I would definitely use them again if the need arises while I’m still in town.

We have a fenced yard and always supervise pets when they go out. If we do have have to go out to run an errand or to attend church on Sunday, we have an extra large crate with blankets where pets can stay comfortably until we return, as well a wyze camera that allows us to check in on pets. Our dog is old and not much into playing with other dogs. He typically stays in our room and sleeps most of the day. We prefer to be extra safe and will only do slow introductions.

A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood and playtime in backyard. If they have a favorite toy we encourage owners to bring them so they feel right at home.

We are typically home during the week and take pets on walks (as weather permits), as well as give them regular potty breaks and time to exercise and play in our yard.
