Loved that she reached out to me when I was trying to find a sitter. I dropped off Chester at her house. However, it seemed as if she wasn't there for almost an hour of the 3 hour day care. I had texted her to check up on him but I didn’t receive a text until almost an hour later… It made me worry if something had happened. When I got to her place to pick him up, she wasn’t there, I had to wait for her to get to her house when Chester was inside.

Absolutely incredible. I was left in the lurch by a previous sitter who canceled when I was already on a flight home. Needless to say, I was stressed and upset. Rhiannon was *so* accommodating. She picked up both of my pets and sent multiple video and picture updates throughout the day. It was clear that both my dog and cat were so loved on like they were their own pets. I can’t say enough good things about this sitter.
