Relaxed WFH dog sitter
Pet care experience
I’ve been house sitting and taking care of peoples dogs and cats for many years! I have experience training and also am comfortable with administering medicine. For day care clients, I don’t require them to be crate trained since I’m home all day. For boarding clients, I request that clients be crate/gate trained for nighttime and when I need to run quick errands.
Reviews
Rhema kept my pup for a weekend and was amazing. She kept in touch, sent pictures and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. Her dog, Tina, and mine were instant friends. Rhema even made mini pancakes for the pups! I would give more stars if I could.
Rhema is such a great dog mom! Her dog, Tina, is super friendly and gets along well with other dogs. Rhema has always treated my dog like her own, and is good with pets. She is very reliable, communicative, and responsive; I know I can rely on her keeping me looped in on anything that goes on with my pup. I completely trust Rhema to take care of our furry family members!
Rhema has watched my fur babies multiple times and she is an outstanding dog sitter. She cares for animals so much and is experienced with all different types of dog breeds and personalities. She is also an amazing and responsible dog owner herself!

I take care to follow as close to your dogs schedule as possible to help them adjust to the new atmosphere. When theyre in my home, they are a part of my family. Tina loves other dogs and is energetic but gentle. She is crate and gate trained. And I prefer that your dog be as well to help with decompression and organized rest time or if they need space from Tina. I won’t ever leave the dogs loose together when I’m not home and if I ever need to run errands I won’t be gone more than 4 hours at a time. The only exception are my office days on Tuesday and Thursday. Most weekends I am home all day.

Information Rhema J. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any allergies for treats, I’ll provide enrichment activities that involve food. I will also let you know what ingredients I use but typically it’s natural peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and dog safe fruits and veggies. Do they have any medications I need to administer? Andy favorite activities? (Fetch, napping, running, etc)
A typical day
As the owner of a high energy dog myself, I know how important it is to keep them stimulated. In the morning we’ll either do a long walk or let them run off some steam in the backyard. Well come inside and do breakfast either with a puzzle bowl or snuffle mat. In between meetings during work I’ll stop for a tug-of-war game Or indoor game of catch. When I pause for lunch I’ll do a potty break then give the pups a yummy frozen treat to keep them occupied while I settle for my second half of work. At 5 o’clock I sign off then it’s out for potty and play! Depending on the weather we may go to a dog park or just hang out in the yard. We’ll do diner, more play/cuddles/etc. then I’ll do one last night potty between 9:30 and 10 before crating pups for the night! Hopefully they are worn out and ready to snooze.

I have a sweet pup named Tina and she is my world. I work from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I’m in office Tuesday/Thursday but dogs won’t be left crated for more than 6 hours. I provide exciting in-home enrichment activities for Tina such as frozen kongs, snuffle mats, and hide and seek in the house. Well do 3-4 potty breaks a day with more in between as she or your pup needs. On weekends, I try to squeeze in a fun activity for Tina whether that be a trip to swim at White Rock, a stimulating walk on the Katy Trail, or a lazy afternoon at meadows dog park. But now that we have a yard we can have more quiet fun with our kiddie pool and neighborhood squirrels to chase.
