Reynaldo works well with others and is very cooperative. He has good skills interacting with people both individually and/or in groups. His calm manner is his best asset when it comes to pets and caring for them. His punctuality and dedication are very good assets as well, as he has always been consistant and reliable since I have known him. Reynaldo learns most procedures and tasks fairly quickly and dives enthusiastically into everything he does. He starts and completes tasks without much supervision/direction, he is truly a self motivated and reliable person. Reynaldo generally organizes and plans work well. He recognizes priorities and is flexible. He shows good judgment and can be relied on to solve many problems independently.
