I work full-time in consulting, but am happy to host or stay with your dog during the weekends. My educational background is in biochemistry and physiology, and I took several courses relating to dogs (i.e., animal biology, ecology, botany). I have grown up with dogs in my family my entire life. Before I was born, my parents had two malamute-wolves (brother and sister). They lived until I was about 8-9 and lived to be 17 years old! When getting a new dog, my parents tasked me with fronting the responsibilities of our newest family member. From reading books (about the dog breed--Bichon Frise) to researching general care guidelines I learned a lot about how to take care of dogs and am excited to host yours!
