Pet care experience
Born and raised in the country, I have always been around domestic animals, large and small. I love all creatures, whether they be fuzzy, feathery, scaly, or slimy! I understand that animals are not malicious or petty like humans, and studying their behaviors is the key to being a good caretaker. I have 10+ experiences with dogsitting, including with sick, elderly, and reactive dogs. I have also cared for several other species including cats, birds, hedgehogs, and rodents.

Rey has house sit for us previously back in November and again to do drop in for our cats while we went camping. Rey is very responsive and sends pictures with updates. The cats love Rey! They have quickly become our favorite pet sitter. We will definitely book again :)
I cannot recommend Rey enough. Rey took care of our 3 boys for a week with so much care and attention. I got daily updates on how they were + pictures and was so pleased that my normally shy elderly cat was out and about and receiving cuddles. Rey kept up with our puppies training regime and even did some training of their own that was much appreciated. The house was left in perfect order and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience for our first time with Rover.
Rey was a wonderful sitter. It was our first time using her for our two girls and we left them in good hands. She kept us up to date on how things were going and we came home to two content pups and our house in perfect order. We have used Rover before but we’re very pleased with Rey and will use her again!
My recommendation of Rey could not be higher! Unless you don't like having your pet loved like you are still there and every need cared for. Rey is the best person for the job!

I am on ground level with a yard, but my home is suitable for small pets only (<40 lbs). I do not own any pets myself so yours will not have to share space. I have access to pet care equipment including a crate.

Before working with your pets, I'd love to know about how they feel about personal space! Do they need their bubble, or do they prefer it to be OUR bubble? :) It it also helpful to know if their habits include jumping as a form of greeting.

I enjoy getting to know animals' individual personalities through stimulating activities and play. I am an active person so I have lots of fun with high energy pups! Be sure to let me know their favorite activities.

Availability
I am employed full time during the day, 4 days a week (Tues-Fri). My schedule can be variable but I have Sundays and Mondays completely free, and never work more than 8 hours at a time.
