I’m a NYC native, avid animal lover, & pet care professional. I’ve worked as a dogwalker & pet-sitter for 10 years, in NYC, Asheville, and the Bay Area, caring for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and sizes (and even some sweet reptiles and bunnies!). I'm very active and love to go on long, engaging walks. I've worked as a walker and bike messenger for years, so I'm well versed in Brooklyn neighborhoods. I've completed house/petsitting stays for as short as one night and as long as multiple weeks. I’m experienced with dogs, cats, & small animals of all ages, sizes, & training levels. I’m skilled at working with senior dogs & cats; & am proficient at administering medications, & dealing with special needs (including special diets & health regimens). I’m well-versed on pet behaviors, communication, & in-depth care, as I'm passionate about being keen on pets' needs, energies, and happiness. Not only do I have many years of experience walking dogs and dog-sitting, I genuinely revel in and love their company. I grew up with and around (big) dogs in our family and neighborhood, and I generally pine for their presence in my life, though circumstances make it so I cannot have a dog of my own. They're really such loving, sweet, and playful creatures! I make sure to focus on your set routines, schedules, play & training styles, & health/wellness/nutrition regimens. It’s important to me to be attentive to your pet’s needs, keep your pet active, entertained, loved, and safe! While in my care, I love to entertain your pups with their favorite toys/activities, take leisure walks as well as bathroom walks (as many as they need, for as long as they need), show lots of affection, and, of course, follow any and all health/wellness/training instructions.
